Vendor

Vendors are welcome to apply and become a part of the Daffodil Festival. Please note that we have a non-compete policy in place, so be sure to specify exactly what products or services you will be offering. To make the process easier for everyone, we encourage you to sign up using our online application and attach the required documentation, including your business license and insurance.

The Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival is a family-friendly event that typically draws over 10,000 people during its nine-day duration. The festival showcases a 7-acre daffodil field, arts and crafts, live music, food vendors, and the missions, ministries, and enduring charm of the historic Wye Mountain Community Church. Since the flowers bloom on nature's timetable, the festival frequently extends an additional week. The festival is regularly featured in regional media, promoted by the Arkansas Festival and Events Association, and boosted by social media campaigns, advent calendars, and conspicuous signage. This is a great place to plug into a renowned, enduring festival with a well-known profile and established attendance. The limited number of exhibit slots will fill up quickly.

If your interested in being a part of the festival this year, we invite you to apply, there are three applications one for food vendors, booth vendors, and entertainment All entries must be received by January 20, 2026. Thank you for your interest.

The Mountain Daffodil Festival will be held at the Wye Mountain Community Church, located at 22300 Highway 113, Bigelow, Arkansas 72016. The festival dates are from March 14th through the 21st, 2026.

Here are the registration fees for participating vendors:

Inside Booth Space:

  • Entire week: $175
  • Weekend only: $100 per weekend
  • Five weekdays: $70
  • Weekend day: $25 per day
  • Weekday: $15 per day
  • Daily fee: 5% of gross sales

Outside Booth Space:

  • Entire festival: $100
  • Weekend only: $70 per weekend
  • Five weekdays: $45
  • Weekend day: $40 per day
  • Weekday: $15 per day
  • Daily fee: 5% of gross sales

Outside Food Vendor Space:

  • Entire festival: $175
  • Weekend: $100
  • Five weekdays: $80
  • Weekend day: $70
  • Weekday: $25
  • Daily fee: 5% of gross sales
